Better Properties Solutions Outline
Nationally, the trend is running against franchised offices. Thier traditional high costs and overhead along with the bloated and unnecessary services all result in low commission payouts to agents. Over the past five years independent offices that are efficiently run and that offer only essential services
with the best commission splits have become the largest individual real estate offices in the state.
After careful examination os other independent offices, BP Solutions has decided on a simpler and easier way to administer the commission procedure, allowing us to stay competitive:
- $300.00 a year E&O Coverage calendar year
- $100.00 total per transaction fee.
- 90% sale closing Commission to agent & 10% to office! Simple as that OR 100% plans for monthly fee.
- After $8000.00's is paid to office annually, Commission received by Agent is then 100% less taxes & fees
- Only $50.00/mo administration fee.
- ONLY $500.00 flat fee for sale of Agent's personal or investment property + 100% commission.
- Expenses to agent are; E&O Insurance, B&O Taxes (paid per transaction), MLS Dues (paid individually)
- L&I costs are paid quarterly, apprx. 1/3 paid by Agent and 2/3 paid by office (hours verified if you are not full time)
